The Norris basin
Norris is the hottest, and strangest of the geyser basins. The porcelain basin in particular, is other worldly. In contrast to the starkness of the  bPorcelainasin, much of Norris is set in foforestor in some areas burned by the wildfires of over a decade ago..

A look out across a part of the Norris Geyser Basin. This is the Porcelain Basin.

Much of the rather spread out Norris basin is set among forest, or back trails.

Stands of burned out trees can be seen towering over new growth forest. When I am an old man, this will be a thickly forested area.

Cistern Spring bubbles away in a back corner of Norris Basin

Fearless Geyser

A look down into the basin at incredibly vivid pools of blue.

A close up of the vent of Steamboat Geyser. This is one of the largest geysers in the world.
